Sales Engineer

Primary responsibilities include providing pre and post sales technical support for the sales team, participate in customer meetings, develop and follow-up on sales leads, provide product demonstrations at customers' sites, and communicate the technical aspects of the product to potential customers. Applicant must possess in-depth knowledge of digital and streaming media formats, content delivery networks, .NET services, SAN and networking infrastructure, database processes, and other related specifications for handling broadcast, VOD, wireless and web video, audio and image formats. Applicant should have 3+ years of sales engineer experience in digital media, storage, or application technology sectors. Proven track record is a plus.

Account Manager

Primary responsibilities include interacting with customers to understand their requirements and expectations, maintain on-going dialog with customers, study and analyze customers' businesses, assist in documenting customer requested features, position and evangelize the product line features, maintain existing customer accounts, create opportunities within current accounts, prepare RFP's, research and develop presentations to effectively relate company services to potential customers' requirements. Applicants must possess 3+ years account management experience, a proven track record, experience with Fortune 1000 companies, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of digital media technologies.

Director of Marketing

Primary responsibilities include managing the product positioning within targeted market segments, architecting a marketing strategy, liaison with outside marketing and sales teams, develop and implement the Company's marketing plan, focus on direct marketing initiatives, draft product marketing materials, interact with designers to illustrate product value, demonstrate broad base of experience in the broadcast, enterprise, wireless, media company, network carrier, content provider, distance learning, storage, and imaging industries. Applicant should possess 5+ years of experience, high-level contacts within targeted market segments, excellent verbal and communication skills, a proven track record for thinking outside of the box, an innovative thinker, and the ambition to market a revolutionary digital media management platform consisting of economically disruptive technologies.

Senior Software Developer

Primary responsibilities include implementing dynamic data-driven Web applications, Web services and Windows Services. Ideal candidate must have proven record of developing commercial software applications and/or services. Prefer hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Frameworks, WSE 2.0 and SQL Server.  Experience writing object-oriented software using C#/C++/Java required. Background in distributed application development, scalable application architectures, web services, and Enterprise-class database applications preferred. Experience with streaming media and/or asset management systems is a plus.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong problem solving skills are preferred.

Video Compression Specialist

Responsible for the encoding, transcoding, and compression of video and audio into a digital format. Candidate must be able to produce the highest quality and optimum settings for any bitrates and formats. Also responsible for providing logistical support for Product Manager. Associates degree required; BachelorĂ­s degree preferred. Must possess knowledge of Macintosh, Windows, Linux operating environments, as well as storage systems for optimized I/O. Minimum 5+ years work in a hands-on experience required as a video compressionist. Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of video, film and audio, high resolution film (2k & 4k) scans, MPEG-2(HD and Transport Streams), MPEG-4, H.264, Windows Media, QuickTime, AVI, DV, Real, MP3, AAC, Webcasting and multi-cast video transmission, hardware and software based encoding systems, DVB and ASI based transmissions/formats, Final Cut Pro video editing software, Video Tape Formats(BetaSP, Digi-Beta, HDCAM, DVCAM, DVCPRO25/50, D5), as well as streaming of both live and on-demand content. Ability to work independently within established guidelines and demonstrated organizational skills required. Ability to coordinate several ongoing tasks required. High degree of patience and excellent computer and communication skills required. Ideal candidate will be a team player, have strong organizational skills, able to prioritize, work well under pressure, detail oriented, have the ability to adapt to a multitude of personalities, and have a positive attitude.
